Terms of use
These terms apply when you view one of LW Photography's online galleries. Buying photos is covered by our separate Terms of sale.
1. About us
Our online galleries are run by LW Photography. If you have a question about using a gallery, email support@lw-photo.co.uk.
2. Signing in to a gallery
Some galleries ask for your email address, and some also need an access code.
- Access codes are for you and your family. Please don't share them more widely.
- Keep your sign-in details to yourself, and let us know if you think someone else is using them.
3. Emails about your gallery
When you sign in to a gallery with your email, we'll email you:
- to tell you when the gallery is live, if it isn't yet
- before the gallery is about to expire, so you don't miss out
We'll only send you other reminders and offers about your photos if you don't tick "No offers or discounts, thanks." when you view the gallery.
You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing support@lw-photo.co.uk.
4. Watermarked previews
The photos you see in a gallery are low-resolution, watermarked previews.
- Please don't screenshot, download, copy or share the previews.
- Please don't remove or hide the watermark.
- To keep a photo, buy it. You'll get a high-quality copy without a watermark (see our Terms of sale).
5. Copyright
All photos are LW Photography's copyright. Viewing a gallery doesn't give you any right to use the photos.
6. Gallery availability and expiry
Galleries are online for a limited time after an event, usually a few weeks. Each gallery shows when it closes. After that it's hidden from the public, though you may be able to reopen it for a fee (see our Terms of sale).
We try to keep galleries available, but we can't promise they'll always be online without interruption, and we may remove a photo if asked to.
7. Your privacy
Our Privacy policy explains what data we collect when you use a gallery and how we use it.
